I also agree with everything you see in these reviews. I just moved from Highgate after living their for over 2 years and this apartment fails to take accountability for almost everything. Although I enjoyed my time in Tysons and would not have traded it for anything, this is still all I have experienced below - An armed robbery - Elevators are never working - Your car WILL get wrongfully towed and the apartment will do nothing about it - The doors by the garage are unlocked and anyone can get into the building or the garage - Stolen motorcycle - After being a day late on rent I had an eviction notice on my door - Poor package room quality, very easy for a package to get misplaced - Poor washer/dryer machines

I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but after everything I’ve experienced here, I feel obligated to warn others. I’ve lived in many apartments before, but this one has been by far the worst-managed building I’ve ever encountered. The management here refuses to take real responsibility for ongoing problems. Instead of working with tenants to resolve serious issues, they delay, avoid communication, and try to make you give up. The community manager Ezra rarely responds — emails often go unanswered for three weeks to a month, if at all. I’ve had to physically go to the office multiple times just to get a response. I’ve lived here for almost three years, and during that time, the ceiling has leaked four times — twice in the bedroom, once in the closet, and once in the bathroom. Each

I've stayed at the residents for 3-4 years and it is time to speak. Overall the apartment is okay, and livable. No real community vibe with decent apartments. The management has continually fallen down hill year after year. Most of the time they are unresponsive to emails and urgent matters. Expect a yearly increase in rent with zero improvements to the facility or your home. Parking garage doors continually broken and not fixed for months on in. During this period, security for residents were not a top priority. The building is "enclosed" but management would allow 24/7 access and for people to leave the loading bay open. In other words, strangers can walk and enter the building as they please. This building is slowly falling apart and is only 5-6 years old. Good luck with your stay.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience working with Gabriela Orellana on our transition into the Highgate Community. We've lived in the area at a neighboring apartment building for the last 2 years and a big reason for us to not renew our lease there and come here was Gabriela's help. She was easy to connect with, very organized and made us feel like we would be valued and respected in this community. We so much look forward to living here and making memories as a family and I can't thank Gabriela enough for a great start to our stay here!

After voicing my concerns, Ezra not only listened but also offered solutions that made me feel a lot better about my experience at the community. I greatly appreciate the phone call and the sincere willingness to help. I have lived at Highgate for about four years and can honestly say that my experience has been pleasurable—until recently. The location and proximity to surrounding areas are excellent, which is the primary reason I continue to renew my lease. The first-floor lobby area of the building is very nice and well-maintained. However, I feel the rest of the building has been declining. The hallways, carpeting, walls, and doors on all floors
