I toured a one-bedroom with Felicia and had an amazing experience. Felicia was very informative, professional, and kind. She made me feel welcomed and excited to apply. Hope to be able to call it my new home soon :)

My experience here is very wonderful. The ladies in office are awesome are great anytime. Anything needs to get fixed? They write on it. Call anytime to answer any questions that I have emailed them. They get right back to you. They’re very professional I love living here. These ladies are very professional like I said any questions you have anything at all anything anything they get right back to you? And They keep us up-to-date about anything that’s going on in the community In the building, thank you ladies especially my girl Felisha

Ms. Mignon Brown was an absolute life-saver. I came in today right before the storm after touring several apartments with no luck and she was not only able to squeeze me in for a tour but was also very informative about the application process. I look forward to applying and to hopefully call the Rise home.

I have been living at this community for several years & things declined when the new management joined the team. They do a terrible job of communicating with one another and their residents. They are constantly pointing the finger at someone else on the team for their lack of. They make easy things much more complicated & drawn out. If you are considering living here, be prepared for the headache That comes from the leasing office.

Ms. Felicia in the leasing office was very help with assisting me through every step of the process until move in day. Reassured everything was fine when certain things need more time and attention.
