Ripplingbrook Terrace Apartments

I’ve been living here for about a year and a half, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The community is beautifully maintained—the landscaping is always neat, and everything feels clean and inviting. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, which makes it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff truly goes above and beyond. Maria is absolutely amazing—she’s always friendly, helpful, and makes you feel right at home. Ray is fantastic with maintenance requests; he responds quickly, gets things done efficiently, and is always courteous and professional.

I've been here 4 years now and I still enjoy living here. The management are very responsive, Lynda is literally amazing. As for the rent increases, yes my rent has increased. I think that's pretty normal considering how expensive it is to rent in Salem lately. That being said, this year when I renewed I was pleasantly surprised that my rent increased by less than I thought it would. I would recommend!

I was very happy while living here. Any maintenance concerns were addressed right away, I felt safe, and the apartments were well-maintained. The parking spots could be a bit bigger, in my opinion, but that's a minor inconvenience and definitely worth dealing with in order to have a nice apartment with a washer and dryer in the unit! The grounds are also nicely kept. My apartment looked out on an ivy-covered hill that made it feel like I was in the woods rather than the city.

Ripplingbrook Terrace is a nice apartment complex tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly and non-emergency maintenance requests are taken care of in a day or two. The flats are quite spacious and almost have a house feel to them. Some of the apartments back up to a creek with large trees, very enjoyable. Updates to the units would be nice, they are still in the 90's style of finishes. Overall a nice place to live.

Peaceful, and extremely quiet. If you moved from a busy city and or just want a quiet place to retreat to.. this the place for. Affordable prices, great Management Staff. Spacious and plenty of guest parking, tenant parking is super convenient.
