I would not recommend applying for an apartment at this facility. I submitted my application in November and was scheduled to move in today, yet communication throughout the entire process was extremely lacking. I consistently had to initiate contact to receive updates, as there was little to no proactive outreach from the management team. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and clarity, I ultimately decided not to move forward and informed them of my decision. Unfortunately, my $100 deposit has not been returned. While the amount itself may not be significant, the principle and the overall experience were disappointing. I been here since May, my experience just to move in was stressful but after bugging finally everything started to come together but promise made by old maintenance man never got taken care of. Since the new staff, managers and maintenance team step in I have had no problems. If something happens they immediately take care of it. I see maintenance almost daily working hard sometimes will even stop me and ask if I need anything. The only reason I do not give a 5 is because it seems like no one picks up their dogs poop. It literally stinks out side. Children playing out side have to constantly look to make sure they don’t step in poop.. try telling a two year old to watch for poop I hate it! I don’t enjoy being out side with the smell and it’s crazy cause these apartments have poop bags and

My experience was AMAZING! The ladies in the office are Fun and Friendly and Professional and So helpful. I'm happy with the New Management and the New Staff! They get the job done, and this also includes maintenance. OMG! They handle their work orders immediately or next day! I love it! I'm happy. Thank you to The ladies in the office for being AWESOME! 😊❤️

I chose not to rent and requested my deposit and application fee to be refunded. I was told my money would be refunded WITHIN four (4) weeks and it is now six (6) weeks and I am told by management, repeatedly, that the refund check is in the mail. Come Monday I will go a different direction to obtain my refund. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCHISTERS!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would but since I can’t here are my issues with them. Management is terrible! And maintenance is even worse! If you are thinking of moving here please don’t! I’ve never had a worse experience with an apartment and I’ve been living here less than two months. I haven’t had running hot water in my kitchen since moving in back in April. My air conditioner was not working when I moved in when I called about it I was told the air conditioners were all swamp coolers and when I spoke with another tenant I was informed that all of them were refrigerated cooling no one ever came out to fix it and my apartment was getting so hot that my children’s room was over 90degrees and I was having to have them sleep at their fathers house instead of their home.
