Well it is what it is very busy with tenants, difficult to get handyman crew to complete the issues that you face in this place. Very active with law enforcement presence for one reason or another a lot of people equals a lot of different issues. But they do not mind pets and tenants seem friendly and helpful.

6 people died from overdoses in the 16 months I lived there and that’s not counting the ones that was revived

This is not a hotel anymore it is apartments. My cousin lives there.

This place sucks it truly does don't go there even to visit dogs trying to get you and people dieing there everyday just not the place to be..

What a wonderful brand new community with promising amenities and features as described. Although the property is still under its final phase of completion, I feel privileged and lucky to get in the ground floor of what I think could be a very hip and modern lifestyle. Jere is the property manager making my move-in experience seamless and smooth, she also possesses a wonderful and professional attitude with a smile on her face always! I would recommend anyone whether making this a permanent residence or a short lease to just simply try it out to not pass this up.
