I don't think my move to NM would've been as easy of a transition when I arrived if it wasn't for Cheryl and Rio Mesa Realty. Not only did they find a unit that fit my needs the day I arrived, she also helped me transition into a better, bigger, unit that could be more permanent for me. Cheryl is very understanding and caring, always willing to meet me half way when I needed arrangements for rent payments and always sent someone out to my unit if repair was needed. All she asks in return in consistency, communication and honesty which is BARE MINIMUM lol 5/5 stars, I recommend her to anyone and everyone I know here when they're looking for a place :)

I’ve been renting from Cheryl and rio mesa realty now for a year or so and the are always there to handle any issues I have that arise. They accommodated my need for a bigger area and when that one didn’t work out they moved me to an even bigger better place. Everyone at rio mesa is very kind and they handle business appropriately.

Horrible experience with them and even getting it in writing won’t help get your money back. If you’re in the MEDICAL FIELD and TRAVELING be careful and DO NOT give them your credit/debit card info. I’ve been trying to get back a MONTHs worth of rent since MARCH. I notified them I would be leaving a little early and they not only charged me but they charged for time after my contract ended!! Called them from a different number today (because they no longer answer my calls or texts) and as soon as they realized who I was and what I wanted the (NOT so nice young lady) hung the phone up in my face.
