Rio Flats

Great apartment, large balconies, rooms are nice. A bit loud by the stairwell but it’s not like it’s possible to really fix that. I loved the proximity to Cabo bobs - super walkable to campus especially if you have classes near the engineering, math quad. Only wish they hadn’t kept 2/3 of our deposit over some minor wall scratches when they probably had to repaint anyways. Just make sure you don’t hang anything and you’d be fine. Def the best apartment I’ve ever lived at even post-college
