Rio Bravo Home Inspections

I recently found Rio Bravo on Google search and saw their 5 star rating. From the initial call I knew that they were all about customer service. Kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough in communicating their process of new build home inspection. Their inspector Roger Day arrived on time and was very helpful and knowledgeable during the assessment. He answered all our questions and was prompt in providing the final report. Thank you for being a class A business. Will use you again and refer others.

Had a great experience with Rio Bravo Home Inspections. Bruno (coordinator) and Clint Nelson (home inspector) were professional, thorough, and very responsive. What really stood out was how smoothly they coordinated multiple inspections at once, which saved us time and kept everything moving. Excellent service. Clint was very professional and soft-spoken. walked through the house with me, explained whatever question I threw him , he knows his stuff, I got out of the way and he spent couple of hours checking out the house top to bottom . The final PDF report was clear, easy to read, and included recommended actions to take for the house that helps me in my house purchase process . Highly recommended.
