If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. The management here is incredibly unprofessional and never present in the leasing office, the pool is a sick joke of an amenity because it’s never open, the laundry room is in constant disgusting disarray, maintenance “professionals” only specialize in the landlords special, roaches and rodents everywhere, mold, broken windows, peeling paint, and worst of all the rent is 1395 for a 1 bedroom apartment. I’ve never been more displeased living somewhere in my life. If you want to hold on to your sanity do not move here.

The apartment complex is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The location is convenient and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live.

It's best not to have a contract with these people; they change staff constantly, and every time they do, they hire worse and ruder employees. I recently had my security deposit returned, and I called the office to clarify a question about the check, but they responded rudely and unprofessionally. If you don't know how to deal with customers, don't work in customer service. And that's not even counting all the calamities I experienced in those damaged apartments.

Leasing office team is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Honestly and truly. Unprofessional and no sense of urgency. Always out of office or not answering the phone. They never have answers to anything. I’ve been living here for 3 weeks and still don’t have my mail key to check my own mail. My service requests take up to 5 days to be completed instead of same or next day like the typical professional maintenance staff of a large complex. They are only completed after I physically go into the office multiple times to form a complaint. As a paying tenant, I should not have to exert this kind of energy for people to do their jobs. I have contacted corporate and will see if they are any better at resolving issues. I just want to check my mail and have things fixed in a timely fashion. It’s unfo
