Rincón de Los Esteros Apartments

I’m extremely disappointed with the management here. Without any prior notice, my car was **towed for having an "expired" parking permit**, even though the office never informed me of the change. When I asked why they didn’t notify residents before enforcing the new rule, they refused to take responsibility and left me with a **$395 towing bill**. A simple email, text, or notice on the door could have prevented this. Instead, they chose the most aggressive (and expensive) option for tenants. this is not a tenant-friendly property.

If you follow the rules in this complex they have no issues with you and for that I give them 4 stars. I think this place is one of the nicer affordable housing complexes in San Jose. They take care of the grounds and they fix things that are broken in your apartment if you report it.

I really like this place,had a freakin pool and park,there is grass to play and it’s right next to a bunch of cool places to eat

It's nice place to live and rent also affordable compared with current market.
