I have lived here for eight years, and I’ve always appreciated how quiet and peaceful it is. I truly enjoy my apartment and have never had any significant issues until this year, when concerns began with one of the maintenance staff. During a recent visit, he essentially implied that I was lying about my front-door lock, which was frustrating since I have never changed the locks myself. After going back and forth with him, I contacted the main office and spoke with Taryn—who has always been wonderful and has been here as long as I have. I let her know I planned to replace the lock, and she had no issues with it. The office also has the new key on file. My current concern is the kitchen faucet. My 5 star is for the application process. We went twice, and were helped by two different agents. They were kind professional and seemed genuinely happy-which probably means they're treated well by the company. I love that. We're waiting to hear from the leasing agent. All and all Rim Properties makes the process of apartment hunting and paperwork So STINKING easy. Hope to give an update.

We have been staying at their property at 15434 Sequoia St for 10 years now (since October 2015!) The apartments are well maintained and the neighbors are quiet. But the best part about this place is Amber Molina - the manager. I’m convinced she runs on sunshine and tenant satisfaction. If something breaks, she responds at light speed and makes sure the job is done. She has set the bar so high that even Zillow can’t reach it. At this point, buying a house feels like betrayal. So yeah, 10/10 apartment complex—because of Amber. Thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! First off you don’t get to see the apartment you’re getting until you get the keys (not a layout/floor plan or nothing). There carpet is Nasty got it cleaned and within few weeks stains are coming right back. They also have mold in there apartments and they will tell you it’s your responsibility. Since I moved in back in 2023 I started getting rashes all over my body and I now have asthma due to the mold. Management is crazy as hell on site manager Katherine/Pearl harrassed me since day 1 and when I complained about harassment nothing was done I was getting notices on my door every week. And there “Operations Manager” Taryn Gorman is the worst of them all she doesn’t know how to speak to people she is very disrespectful and very unprofessional. You can tell she is miser

BEWARE They kept the property clean HOWEVER they go thru a lot of third parties and when we left the apartment we got CHARGED additional money on top of the deposit that was already paid. We only lived at Desert Luna apartments for 2 years and kept the apartment really clean however we somehow went over our deposit?? So it doesn’t matter how spotless you keep it they will charge you over the deposit so be aware!! They try to take as much money as they can, also we left a refrigerator and they tried charging us per day for that as well ALSO because the property manager never asked for the key back they tried charging us per day for “them not having access to the apartment” which would’ve been $100 for two days for the property manager not doing her job! Our property manager also was sketchy
