Me and my wife started the process of buying a home through a local bank, after running into multiple issues. My wife decided to call up Sean to get a second opinion. I cannot brag enough on Sean and how knowledgeable he was. He was so easy to work with. He explained the entire process to us and told us about how the other lender wasn’t actually helping us, but was costing us more money. At the end of the day, he did an amazing job and we bought our house with half of what we originally were quoted out of pocket!!! When me and my wife saw the numbers we called each other thinking it was a mistake. But nope, Sean was a magician when it came to this home buying process. Taylor helped me with my loan on my first home purchase and she was amazing! She goes above and beyond, is very knowledgeable, and proactive. She explained the process thoroughly and was very flexible on the timeline. The sellers did not make it the easiest on us, but Taylor was always more than accommodating in getting dates changed as circumstances did. It is very evident that she truly cares about who she is working with, which makes her truly stand out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly wants to help rather than try to close a transaction. I was so happy to find someone who was genuine and informative, while also led with integrity. Corey is a great guy, very helpful, very informative. Lot of patience in helping my elderly mother and I deal with our mortgage refinance. Rate was exactly as it should have been, and his communication skills are excellent.
