So by now everyone should know that Riggs Realty group has move over to east church street, back behind Tarboro coffee shop. I had some realty questions,so I went by to see Aaron in person. He gave me all the answers I was looking for and spoke to me on better ways to manage my properties. Now I should let everyone know that Aaron and all the staff stays really busy. If you need to speak to him it's better to do it in person, make an appointment with him, then he can focus on your issue at hand. If you call and leave a message and he doesn't call you right back, call them back and let him know that he's missed or forgot to call you back. I've known Aaron for many years now, he takes his work very seriously. If you want a dedicated group helping you, then Riggs Realty is the place to go

Called the office and spoke with the receptionist, I'm assuming. We wanted to look at a listing they had. She said someone would call us back to set up an appointment. Two days later, no one has bothered to call back. Shame on you for doing a disservice to your clients, when they trust you to show a house you have listed for them, but blow off a potential buyer.

Messaged them twice about about a listing. Never contacted me. Definitely not someone I'll use for my real estate needs.
