I don't live there but I have friends that do. They tell me that they are very strict with there apartments, yet they don't have any maintenance crews. They hire out there maintenance, which keeps people untrustworthy of the people coming into thier apartments. These are older apartments that need to be updated. The grounds are a mess. And the safety of the people is a serious problem. Law-enforcement does not make any rounds there, until a problem occurs. This is a major problem being all the KIDS and the ELDERLY, that lives there.
The property manager don’t care about what goes on nor how the property is kept.. section 2 apartments are super trashy, diapers everywhere, trash everywhere. Tenants are definitely breaking the rules and the property manager let them.. they don’t have housing inspections.. nothing!! It’s a sad sad case ..please for your safety and your kids safety don’t move to Pender square section 2
I need to talk to the boss on top of Mrs.Donna that own section 2 & 3 number so I can talk to him about her being rude and disrespectful to people please someone get in contact with me ASAP. I wanna go to the high boss about her.
