Rienzi at Turtle Creek

Chancee working the front desk at night during the winter snow storm was an absolute gem. She was extremely professional and cordial. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as we waiting for our ride share. Rienzi at Turtle Creek hired a SUPERSTAR ambassador to make sure all the residents and their guests' needs are 100% met. Thank you Chancee and Rienzi for reminding us why we continue to make this our home. 5 stars!!!!

Unfortunately after 3 years of living at the Rienzi, I am leaving on a terrible note. Sadly the new management has made changes in the past 6 months that have ultimately lead to the deterioration of the building. While I do enjoy the concierge staff and Hilda, the new manager does not address resident concerns or complaints. In my time here, 2 Cars and countless locked bikes have been stolen out of our locked garages in the middle of the night. Multiple residents complain about the appearance and conditions of the exterior and interior building, lawn and landscaping, the parking garages flood from the roof every time it rains, trash is not taken out timely, and there are consistent issues with the dog park. Rienzi at Turtle Creek is awful, beware as looks can be very deceiving. Management is the utmost rude and horrible I have ever experienced. To pay these sort of rent rates the property should at least be well maintained and people be at least treated with respect.👎🛑👎🛑👎

I’m incredibly amazed with the stuff and how things have improved lately . My work orders have been very well handled and the concierge are doing great job as well Highly recommend to anyone who wants to apply here .

I take no pleasure in writing this, but I strongly urge others to think twice before moving into Rienzi. The issues are widespread, and my experience with the property management team has been deeply disturbing. I have never felt more unheard, disrespected, and deceived. Serious safety concerns were ignored, property damage (including persistent water issues) went unaddressed, and management’s communication was not only misleading but, at times, intimidating—even after attempts to seek resolution through the appropriate channels. Residents are treated like an inconvenience, and decisions defy logic. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and a safe and happy living environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
