Since Eden took over, its gone to hell. Lived here for four years, and it was alright until the buyout. I've seen them hustle sweet old ladies for their SSI and threaten to make them pay $80 a day late fees despite them not getting their checks until the 3rd, bully people out of their apartments via driving them crazy with heavy, nonstop construction (they are doing so to us right now and we are on day 8 in a row of nonstop construction), refusing to make minor accommodations for disabled residents, and treating the residents here like trash for having minor questions and concerns. I was left in an almost 90° apartment for two of the hottest weeks of the year and maintenance blew off my concerns. I have asked for things to be fixed for over a year and a half through Lisa. Now that Shawn is doing the maintenance, everything is in the works. My biggest concern was the door. I want to make sure he gets the proper praise. Thank you for hiring him, and please get him some help. We do not want to lose him. Thank you 11/05/2024- I stopped Josh at the work shed and asked if he could replace the lightbulb way in the back of the complex. Without question he found a brighter bulb and installed it. I leave 3 days a week @ 6am and it was really hard to see the steps. I feel much safer now that I can see. Thank you Josh, here is a 5 star rating.

Lived here four years. Arbitrary rent increase every year. $13 extra to pay rent online. No amenities to speak of. High staff turnover. Laundry facilities frequently out of order. Dog poop everywhere. Mice. Ridgewood ripped up my front step and taped it off for two days for no apparent reason. Incompetent, lying staff told me that my forms were in order and I was clear to move out and turn in my key early. They not only charged penalty fees anyway, they turned me over to a collection agency without any notification. Elon Property Management is an unethical, aloof, reprehensible company where deception is policy. Avoid.

EDIT - this complex has been sold to Eden Property Management as of June 2025. Kyle is the new leasing agent, and so far he has been helpful and pleasant. The new requirements for residency at the complex caused most of the tenants including myself to not get approved to continue living here, which I’m sure was not an issue for them as they are supposed to be gutting all of the units and renovating everything. Eden requires a 620 credit score and 3x the rent in income, and when we applied we only had one of those. I asked if they’d be willing to let us pay higher fees or something, the response was “find a co-signer that makes 5x the rent”. Does anyone make that much money anymore? Lisa worked tirelessly to make this a very smooth transition from home ownership to apartment living, even though she was ill during the process. Also she used personal protective equipment and distancing to keep me safe. The property is perfect for specific needs.
