Ridgewood Arches

I would not recommend living here. Had a great experience moving in with the old property manager, Sam, before he left the property. Enjoyed the amenities and the facilities staff keeps things tidy. After 6 months I suddenly started seeing roaches in my unit. I consistently contacted the new apartment management. Their only ‘solution’ was placing glue traps, no matter how many times I asked for extermination and countless reports I made. I moved out because of the roaches, which also created a huge hassle to ensure the roaches didn’t hitchhike to my new place. I’ve lived in many different apartment complexes in Minneapolis, and I have never experienced anything like this. The new management is some of the worst I’ve experienced. This place is very unprofessional first they were not at my original screening with no notice then they I come and the girl nyree was dressed sloppily and appeared like she had a rough night then the pool doesn't even work. The hall smelled of weed and candles the gym was basically a closet with an elliptical and the apt looks nothing like the picture. Horrible business. Holes in the wall the nail holes were not filled and I asked if they would fill them and she said she would ask.

I lived at Ridgewood for 3 and a half years. Overall it was a great living experience and I enjoyed my home and the neighborhood. Not a lot of amenities but the pool was great in the summer. I gave 4 stars for one reason. When my last lease was set to renew they kept my rent the same even though they were renting similar units to new customers for 100$ less a month and offering two months free. If they would have negotiated with me they could have kept a long term renter.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to both downtown and uptown. Public transportation are within walking distance. Staff are phenomenal; Danielle, Mickey, and Hillary all believe in great customer service. They will go out of their way to accommodate your request. Maintenance requests are quickly addressed. Danielle is also one of the kindest persons I have ever met :) Thank you all for making my 2 years stay so nice and warm.

This has been by far the best management company I have had since moving to Minneapolis 8 years ago. My boyfriend and I have renewed our yearly lease twice and we couldn't be happier with Ridgewood Arches. The office staff are so incredibly nice and are always in the office during posted business hours. If we've needed any maintenance done inside the apartment, it is completed right away! The whole building is clean and well maintained. The pool is IMMACULATE! Probably the cleanest pool I have ever seen. We've never had any problem with any packages being delivered, they call or email us that we have a package in the office the same day of delivery and we can come and get it anytime. 100% recommend this apartment complex!
