Ridgewood Apartments

The property manager is prompt in responding any requests. We moved from another state and the paperwork was fast. Too be good to be truth. If we had to do it again. I would drive by first to see the street activity. We requested a unit on the first floor and there wasn't many available so we moved-in to a unit at the back of the Community a few steps from the walking dog area by the creek. Unfortunately. I have to agree with Aavin review. Most of the tenants living in the back units of the Community are stalkers 24/7. Living downstairs, other tenants would walk to our front windows to see inside our unit at anytime. There was an older tenant in unit 9 uptairs, move out last May 2025 male, that each time I opened the front door to exit our unit would take a picture of me leaving the unit.

When we needed a place quick and easy to get into Ridgewood was a life saver. Applied and moved in within a week. Russ was great at working with us and providing quick responses. It is pet friendly when most places aren't these days. Requests for maintenance are responded to fairly quickly. Alex the maintenance guy is pretty great, super friendly. It's really nice and convenient to have a gym and pool and the path along the creek to walk your pets. Our only complaint has been that we can't seem to keep it cool in our upstairs unit, however after a few attempts to figure it out with maintenance and HVAC company I am happy to say we are staying pretty cool as these hot days are becoming more and more.

Great customer service! The apartments are a little dated but good size and storage. Good location and garage unit is included which is great. It almost meets everything I’m looking for. Price point is a little high for an apartment.

I so loved every day I got to call Ridgewood my home! The property is comfortable, well-kept, and welcoming. My roommate and I enjoyed our space to its fullest, surrounded by friendly, quiet neighbours and their happy pets. Above all the great things about Ridgewood, it is the property management that will forever stick out in my mind as wonderfully exceptional. A tenant could not ask for a better team. The few times we needed anything checked or fixed, Dave was on the ball to remedy it right away. I/we will be forever grateful to the absolute best manager the world over, MARI! Thank you for allowing us to make a true home out of your space. <3

Old Office manager Mari, rude and disrespectful. She’s not manager anymore, new manager very nice. Parking unorganized and even though they require a “parking pass” they don’t enforce it. Dumpster is super small, they don’t make you feel at home, asking suspected questions. Expensive for what you get along with utilities, not worth the rent with their poor amenities, such as fridge, microwave. Poor build, leaks to bottom floor from washing machine twice. Bathroom mirror came flying down in the middle of the night, could've injured someone. Neighborhood watchers, literally. People in the neighborhood watching every move you make like stalkers. Maybe you’ll have a different experience since the office manager is different.
