What a nightmare to live here. The neighbors are nice enough and it's close to Aldi and 91 but the management could not possibly be worse. Water leaks and mold, light fixtures and outlets catching fire, and every pest imaginable will define your life in Ridgeview Condominiums. The buildings were built in the 60s and clearly have never been maintained, as the tennis court that has been reclaimed by the forest will attest. To call Guardian Management "hands off" is a joke, just try giving them a call and you'll quickly learn their line has been disconnected for years.
