Be prepared for multiple no call no shows. Ensure you get your own home inspection report prior to purchase. Love the neighborhood, everyone seems so nice !

As a first time home buyer I have heard of many terrifying experiences however, I was blessed God provided us with the opportunity to work with Pulte. Everything was seamless from the pre-approval process with Ricardo Bassit, to finding a home with Pulte's sales agent Maria Richardson and my real estate agent Robert Landof! The final walk through before closing with Dominick where we were able to check off what needed to be fixed before closing was also nice to be able to be a part of as he explained all the intricate parts of the home. Not to mention our care manager that worked directly with us for AN ENTIRE YEAR Sean Krumrey who hands down was exceptional and a true blessing. Pulte is a disgrace. Please go with Landsea. Anthony and the Pulte sales team is an absolute disgrace. Absolutely no communication for months until it was time to close. Will be going to court to collect deposit.
