Ridgeview Apartments

Living here was an absolute nightmare. When I discovered a leak from the emergency shut-off valve in the closet, there was already mold present. The leak went unrepaired for nearly a month despite my daily follow-ups. When maintenance finally came, they had to cut open the wall to repair the leak, which exposed slugs crawling out of the wall. I have attached pictures of the slugs as proof. The closet was completely unusable, and I had to live out of a suitcase inside my own apartment. The onsite property manager is dishonest and unreliable. Management as a whole is rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. They ignored serious health and safety concerns, failed to take responsibility, and made everything harder instead of fixing problems. On top of that, they falsely advertise the

MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE my parents and I lived here for a year and it was a constant nightmare. The apartment downstairs had a dog that barked all hours of the day and night and the smell of this obviously neglected dog actually came up through the floor… management did absolutely nothing. Are entire building was nearly empty because of people leaving in droves. They also have not returned our deposit and it’s well after the legally required 45 days so we’re probably going to have to sue them to get it back.

Chris and Michelle evicted me while we were under tornado watch last week , online says it’s based on ice that’s a lie . They don’t even have playground for kids to play . They evict me and my 62 year old mother in a tornado. How horrible is that . And we only owed 597$. How do people sleep at night

Nice apartments. Office is being renovated and the price seems decent. Has every store you could ever want within 10 minutes. Near a good road that turns into a highway so getting around won't be a problem.
