Will and I had the good fortune to work with Julian Mei recently when we sold our house in Martinsville. From the minute he showed our house to a prospective buyer, until the house sale closed, Julian took care of EVERY detail for us, allowing us to focus on packing and moving, feeling assured that all was well, and that he was watching the big picture to be certain that all parties involved were coordinating all aspects to assure a flawless closing. And indeed it was a success story. Two parties closed in another state, and at the end of the same business day, we received the funds from our house sale! Both agents are friendly yet professional and very responsive. I have seen that they take great care of their clients - you can't go wrong with either of these real estate pros!

I've come on here to edit my review of Berry-Elliott. I made this review upon having issues in other places and have since realized that you can't hold everyone accountable for what's going on or may be going on in your life. That being said Berry-Elliott is a good place to rent with. They are helpful in finding something for you. They are very easy to work with and talk to. Just ask for Tinsley Adams. 💯% and I'm not just saying that.

Finally got to be time to sell my deceased parents house. I worked with Nelson Evans and he was great! He advised me on what upgrades and repairs would be best and helped me to find people to do the work. He was always available to answer questions about anything I needed, all the way up to the closing. He got Julian Mei involved to double check the contract and Julian had a couple of good suggestions. Good teamwork, great realtors. So grateful for his help and guidance through all of this.

I used Berry-Elliott realtors my realtor was Barbara.... She was amazing she went above and beyond with she stuck through our toughest time during the last hawl of our closing date.. we made through end and she helped me get my first time home that I love thank you for being amazing
