Ridgeland Townhomes

I love these apartments great neighborhood, quiet. Very spacious Apartment. No one is ever on sight, There are mice and rat problems and you have to cover those cost. So if you want move here and don’t care to pay for pest issues then by all means yes. Other wise, think twice. I’m at the last month of my lease here and I’m so uncomfortable in my home because of these problems. Wasted food, chewed documents etc. And my neighbors are having the same issue. Good luck!

Editing my original review since the new ownership reply below. I'm changing my review to reflect 5 stars instead and I do that because I spoke with a manager over there and reviewed the new photos they took since the remodeling. She was polite, professional and asked for a second chance and I completely understand the toughness that comes with purchasing something with a bad reputation. The apartments are GORGEOUS as I had stated previously and they worked very hard on it too. I'm not sure if the potholes were fixed but I'm under the impression that they were. I would definitely give these apartments a chance.

There are a lot of roaches. I cannot use the bathroom without roaches crawling up my legs. They are not just in the apartments, they are by the office. They are so infested it’s bad.

We are left with a broken washer for almost 3mos. It was broken when we moved in. I go to the office weekly and even called and showed up to the agency they collect the rent but nobody seems to care. We are left with a broken washer while there's new washers sitting in the office. This is so frustrating and unfair.

It is a nice quiet place to live.
