On my travels through Arkansas I fell in love with the country and community of the state. As a dream I vowed to make this area (pocahontas) a place i would call home. After acouple attempts to make that dream a reality i stumbled on to a true dream maker, the dels black river studios! The no hassle and devoted employees that made me feel like a valued member of the community was the first thing I noticed. After the couple of attempts prior to finding this diamond in the rough made me feel like a outsider and a number instead of a person. Thinking this is to good to be true I realized the family feeling this company valued about their commitment. I move in at the end of this week. I'm so excited! The process to get in was very fast, and no hiccups at all. The apartment itself is so beautiful! We got a one bedroom and we can't wait to set it up for our kiddos! Thank you so much to Dels management for helping us and making everything such a smooth process!

I love the apartments! It’s peaceful and very friendly here I feel at home here and very cheap. My first time being on my own, they’re very understandable and whenever I need them they reply right away. I love my apartment it’s beautiful and i wouldn’t want anything more for one person living here it’s perfect for me. It makes me happy!

Affordable and pet friendly! Great management and great neighbors. Very happy I got the chance to stay here while going to college, internet is included so I can always get my assignments done!

Hey this is Christopher Harrington, I moved into the Black River Studio Appartments something like a year and a half ago . I've had the best experience here, no issues with management, no confusion with rent, I really love it here.. I'm going on into my Fourth 6 month lease....
