I can’t believe this happened to us! We had a tour scheduled today at 1:00 PM, which was confirmed multiple times. We arrived right on time — only to find the leasing office completely closed. We called every number available, and no one answered. We waited for over 30 minutes, and another couple who also had a 1:00 PM tour was left waiting too. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. We drove 45 minutes to get there, only to have more than two hours of our time completely wasted. After reading other reviews, I realized this isn’t an isolated incident. Other people have experienced the exact same issue, and the leasing office always gives the same excuse — that another showing took longer than expected. That’s simply unacceptable. Francisco from maintenance was very prompt and friendly. He quickly addressed the issue is was having with the heat and also repaired one of the doors that was coming off the hinge. I really appreciated his help!

We had a great experience working with Iris during our apartment search. From the beginning, she was responsive, helpful, and made the application process smooth.
