Ridgefield Apartments

If it was OK to gatekeep a great place to live, I'd be doing that in this instance. I can't speaking highly enough about this community, the people who live in it, the maintenance peeps and especially Taylor who is absolutely AH-MAZING! She is so incredibly patient, knowledgable, personable, and does such a good job at communicating clearly and effectively in EVERY instance. This has been such an awesome experience to be a part of this community.

The property and apartments are beautiful, and the staff members are wonderful. Taylor in the office is so professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and provides a wonderful tour of the community and apartments. Bryan from maintenance is also great and gets to issues very quickly. Top tier services, from a family owned complex. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone that's looking for a place to live!

Taylor was very engaging and knowledgeable throughout the apartment tour! She answered all questions we had, was very welcoming, and even added some humor to the experience making the visit enjoyable and comfortable. The tour started on time and throughout the tour she remained professional and was thoughtful by providing her card at the end just in case we had follow up questions which I appreciated. Overall it was a positive experience!

Just want to say how great the Team is: Bryan, Taylor, Dan and Dave!!!!! They have always been terrific to deal with and appreciate all their hard work and quick responses. Even when I have some kooky requests. Thank you Bryan, Taylor, Dan and Dave. Best regards df

Me and my family have been staying here for a month, we moved from the UK and we are so happy that we chose Ridgefield as our home. We felt so welcomed coming here. The leasing agent is very professional and accommodating. I never have issues from application to moving in. The community of this apartments is so peaceful and clean. The neighbours are friendly too. The size of the apartment is big enough for my family if 4, not to mention even when we had visitors. The location is perfect as it is near to groceries and restaurants and a gas station. Overall, me and my family feel very settled here at Ridgefield.
