Ridgecrest Village Apartments

The maintenance team did a fantastic job clearing the snow after the recent storms. It was especially encouraging since the city and other areas took over a week to start plowing. It was wonderful to see how much they managed to remove given all the snowfall. Fingers crossed, we’re done with snow so we can enjoy the lush grassy areas around us. Thanks so much! Ridgecrest has been so great to work with! We have a 1 bedroom and have had a seamless experience from the time we toured and moved in to the present. All maintenance concerns have been handled promptly and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Everyone has been so helpful, but Niamh in the office has been especially helpful as well as Nick in maintenance. For example when our dishwasher died he installed a new one the very next day. I couldn’t ask for more.

My family has lived here for 8 years, we love it. It’s a quiet community and the property is well managed. If you have children enrolled in BPS, the elementary and middle schools in the neighborhood are great. Overall it’s a comfortable place to rent for apartment dwellers.

We came for the easy commute, but we stayed for the nice apartment! We have lived at Ridgecrest village for ten years now. It's right on the 34 bus line, but besides that, the apartment complex is well-maintained and managed. Anything that has needed fixing has been fixed right away, including an emergency maintenance visit one thanksgiving, and one time when I discovered the heat wasn't working about 1 am. It's been very comfortable here. They have other good things too, a nice pool, some small gyms, and a quirky little book exchange room. They vacuum the hallways and maintain the flower beds and the dumpster areas (no easy job!). I have read the other reviews, but we have never lost a package or seen evidence of any pests. The maintenance people and the management are good to work with.

I had lived here for one year from 9/2016 to 8/2017. Very nice place to live: quiet, neat, safe and the management team is very responsive during the snowy days. Especially I love the Stony Brook Reservation on the back of this community, which is within the walking distance.
