Mike sold our house in 3 days, at WAY over asking price. Our house was a lovingly restored Arts & Crafts with lots of woodwork, leaded glass, etc. Insight immediately understood the house (unlike other firms we interviewed, who advised us to paint the woodwork white) and the market. He advised us to slightly underprice the house, which resulted in a bidding war and a quick sale.
