Ridgecrest Court Apartments

I walked in to the office at Ridgecrest Court Apartments and the sweetest you lady by the name Dallas was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was also kind enough to show me a one bedroom apartment which I really appreciated. Customer service was definitely top notch! Really considering applying there especially if she will be there as the site manager!!!!

I have lived here for a couple months now and it has been the easiest transition of my life. From the moment I applied, Dallas was great making sure getting me approved went smoothly and it only took about a week from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about the people she talks to!

From the moment I called to apply, until a week later when I was moved in and my apartment was even adjusted to allocate for my disability- I have had the best experience I've ever had in any moving situation I've faced. Mandie-the property manager -was incredible from my initial phone call all the way through. She was above and beyond helpful even when she was already off of work. The property itself I would say is dang near immaculate, the staff is quick and friendly plus there's always fresh coffee and friendly faces in the office anytime I need anything. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anybody seeking.
