We rented a home that Ridgeberry managed, the furnace went out in the middle of the winter and it took 5 days to replace. All we were provided were 3 space heaters for the 2300 sqft home. The windows were a bit drafty and didn't close all the way when we first moved in. The maintenance guys told my wife that they could "screw them shut". We thought this was both unprofessional and potentially a safety issue in the event of a fire. Upon move out we waited 36 days before we were provided with a list of charges from the security deposit and 43 total days before the balance was returned to us. The lease specifically stated that we would have this returned within 30 days of vacating. To our surprise we weren't nickel and dimed, which is a good thing. Be cautious before renting from Ridgeberr

Better make sure you take pictures of all issues before moving in because they will make you pay for it at the end. I didn’t do this! I was negligent to myself, they knew it, took advantage and my deposit paid for it, plus ran extra $25.00 which I didn’t pay, of course! I tell you what, stay away and do NOT rent from them if you could help it!!!

It would’ve been good if y’all would’ve just have been nice. Honesty goes a long ways, and most of the time having to leave a voicemail shows that you care nothing about your renters. I genuinely believe that y’all can be nice people, but y’all were not to me and my family. Please consider someone cares for you, so try to care for others. I forgive you.

I rented from them in Silver Creek. They provided prompt service when I had maintenance requests and didn't try and nickle n dime me to take advantage. I definitely recommend them.

I called about a property and no one answered the phone. I then went to the address listed to get an application and it was a UPS store. What kind of property management company has no office? Not a reputable one, that's for sure. They're operating out of a UPS store. Very fortunate I didn't make the mistake of renting from a fly by night company that's simply collecting commissions by building a website and posting photos. Edit: this company's response says it all. Challenging the fact that I called and left a voicemail and basically stating that I am lying and never left one. They are also not arguing the fact that they operate out of a UPS store and have no actual brick and mortar office. Avoid it all costs
