The RiverPoint

We have only lived here for 1 month but so far we’re loving it! The pool is lovely and very sociable but never too busy. Apartments are very modern and the standard of maintenance is high. It’s a lovely place to live.

My husband and I spent three years living at RiverPoint and it was one of the best places we have ever lived! The complex and apartments are beautiful! Everything is well manicured. The pool area is gorgeous. The office staff and maintenance are on top of any issues that might arise and those are few and far between. Maintenance always responds to work orders in a timely fashion. It’s a wonderful community as well. Neighbors are very friendly and look out for each other. If we ever move back to the Rome area this will be first on our list of places to live!

My wife (Liz) and I lived at Riverpoint Luxury Apartments for almost 4 years and have recently moved due to work. I cannot tell you how much pleasure we have drawn from living at Riverpoint. I have in the past and continue to recommend it to all my physician friends, as well as to all the medical residents moving into the area. Our apartment was beautiful and highly functional. The amenities were amazing, the neighbors were friendly, the parking was extraordinary, the garages were a dream, the clubhouse and gym were very useful and the pool and fire-pit were the perfect touches. We also had a dog and the management was particularly friendly toward pets, as you could tell from the beautifully maintained dog park they had. The property is beautiful! Mike, the property manager, has been so kind and supportive with my move! I’m so appreciative of the help he has provided me over the past several weeks. The pool is amazing! The residents are friendly! I’m excited about my new home here at RiverPoint!
