This management company has shown gross negligence in maintaining my rental property. They failed to report ongoing issues that led to severe oxidation of fixtures, mold, persistent roach infestations, and evidence of mice in the unit. These are not minor inconveniences — they are serious health and safety hazards that any responsible management company should address promptly. Their lack of acknowledgment and disregard for tenant well-being is unacceptable. I cannot recommend trusting them with your home or investment.

Do not use this office unless you want to loose money. We put a contract on a home through an agent from this office. She found the home through another agent in the same office. After many months and loosing thousands of dollars we were forced to cancel the contract because the house failed inspection and the so called contractor that was flipping the home refused to pay to fix the roof and anything else. The agent failed to explain anything to us all she kept saying is your fine... everything is fine. She even tried to get the inspectors to not disclose the issues with the roof. This office is corrupt and only cares about making money.

Look up "Vulture" or "Predator" and you see Agent James Gervasi's picture. My mother suffered an injury and he immediately POUNCED asking if she wanted to sell her house (I have NO IDEA how he found out she was hurt). Six months after telling him that we were not interested, we did as private sale of the house. About one week prior to the closing, Mr. Gervasi literally walked into the house unannounced, WITHOUT knocking, surprising (scaring?) the soon-to-be new owners asking questions. TOTALLY UNACCAPTABLE behavior! Avoid this agent and his company like you would a rabid skunk with COVID!! Do not ever use this Real Estate Agency!!

Amazing experience. I’ve rented from them for years and never had an issue, they gave me a chance when I was young and were patient with me while I learned everything. Honest and genuine people, very urgent and responsive. Megan and Jenner were amazing! If I didn’t transfer to a different area for my job I would’ve never rented from anyone else! They definitely left me with high expectations!

The staff at Ridge was amazing! Answered all of my questions with knowledge and kindness. I would recommend them as a trustworthy realtor group to everyone!
