Ridge Crossing Apartments

Lived there years ago when I was younger. Apartment was prefect size for what I needed. Loved the area. Office staff was great back then.

I wish I could give this place a zero but I can’t, so I give it a one .I lived here for a full year (2021-2022).The worst place to live. My downstairs neighbor has threatened my roommates with violence (over a parking space). Ridge crossing said we can move apartments but never gave us another apartment. That’s SAME NEIGHBOR brought a fridge into her apartment and it was infested with roaches and three months later when they started taking over my apartment the office then tells me that they knew about the fridge three months ago and didn’t let me or my roommates know. When asked to do something about it they said they would make pest control come. (They came after three no shows) but they didn’t spray an insecticide they put down a disbursing gas and was ineffective. When I went to the o

I had the best time of my life living here! The staff is awesome, I literally had maintenance at my door within minutes of calling. The team of guys that do the repair jobs etc. around here do not get the recognition they deserve! As far as the office staff, I seriously had tears when I dropped off my keys I will miss them so much. Goodbye Ridge Crossing.

Very affordable for the convenience, easy access to I-20. Maintenance has been efficient, and the office manager, Barbara, has been consistently pleasant and easy to work with. Apartment was in great condition at move in, appliances have all been reliable.

I knew someone who stayed there. Bedrooms are small, appliances are dated. If you need something fixed it may take an act of Congress or just become really persistent. The location is excellent which perhaps their best feature.
