Reed Creek Apartments

I moved in about a month ago, and from my initial phone conversation with Ms. Latosha, I knew this would be the apartment complex I chose. She was informative, pleasant, and very patient throughout the process. This has been, by far, the smoothest move-in experience I have had. Ms. Taylor was also pleasant and helpful. Overall, I am very happy with my decision and I love the neighborhood.

Now I have lived here for almost a year but will be leaving after my year. When I first found this place it was called the haven at reed creek and that’s what I loved. The name is what caught my attention. Now we did the tour and decided that it was the place we were gonna move in. And not even I wanna say it felt like a week but was probably longer after moving in. They changed management and the name. I really would have wished they told us that they were changing so we could have discussed if we wanted to stay due to that or not. But any way after changing management and the name I wanna say about a couple months later they tried to make everyone get the internet and cable plan that’s like 100 dollars more. Like why the hell would I wanna pay that when I already pay internet. Well after

The gate has been wide open since the hurricane in 2024. It's broken, looks tacky, and the new management seems to not consider it a priority. They could at least remove it so the entrance looks cleaner and doesn't have bent metal laying around. There isn't even security as a consolation. Even before the hurricane, it was down every 6 weeks. I pay to live in a gated community and my rent has increased for said not gated community. If I renew, my rent will increase, yet again, and I'll be forced to get a cable and internet package I don't want. I'd rather get a working gate and a parking spot in front of my building - not 2 buildings down. I've made inquiries and they're still talking about getting bids. Laughable! We came to Reed creek to seek for an apartment and, it was breath taking, comparing to some other, apartment that we have visited the staff were very friendly, Ms. Tasha went all out to give us the tour, she is amazing, thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
