I’m really appreciative for RidgeCrest apartments and their staff especially Ms. Anderson!! They’re the only apartment complex that would give me a chance when I was having a difficult time looking for a new home. The rooms are spacious, my apartment is so sleek and modern, everyone stays to themselves and the staff were super helpful with my son while I completed my paperwork. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and I thank God that I now have a home again! Thank you RidgeCrest! 🙌🏽💯

If I could give them a half star I probably would & they don’t even deserve that , these apartments are the worst … always on the front with loud noise all night long , shooting, can’t keep management, Always shooting or something going on over here & THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF ALL IS THE DAMN MICE INFESTATION … APARTMENTS BEEN REMODELED BUT NOTHING DONE ABOUT THE MICE !

The new property manager gets my 5 stars!! This is the first review I have ever done so you know it’s for a reason. When I got home this evening my AC unit wasn’t working and just blowing out warm air. Mind you it’s a Friday evening so the office is closed for the weekend so I sent a email in and about a hour and a half later I had a kick at my door. It was the property manager Jay with a portable air conditioner! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this! Not onlt did he go out of his way after hours to make sure we would not be in our home all weekend and the heat. He assured me that my air conditioning unit will be fixed first thing come Monday morning now this is the type of service I’m talking about. Jay your Very appreciated. Thank you.

They cool but they evicted me for no reason saying I didn’t tell them I left but I put in 30 days notice the maintenance man don’t fix on things but wants to flirt

I set an appointment to do an application Tuesday. It’s Monday so I called to make sure my appointment was good to go. Whoever Michelle is said “ I can’t do my application today “ & when I asked her why not I’ve been waiting a week. Me & my son is looking for a home. Michelle said “because I said so”. I told her that was very rude, unprofessional & I will contact corporate office asap. Nobody should be mistreated because we need your service. SMH
