The property manager Melissa by far is the best manager ridge club has had in the 4 years I have lived here. She is very patient and takes the time to provide knowledge and an explanation to whatever the situation is. She has also handled all the issue I have had thus far. You are awesome Melissa, thank you!

Hi , Yesterday one of your maintenance guys came to change the Crisper, he bought 3 nasty Crisper than I asked him if he would changed it so he’s said no. Cause I don’t have any choice I keep 2 of them ( a big one and a small one) I give him the other one cause the third one was very very disgusting, he was written in his papers he didn’t ask me to sign any papers so he left with the other Crisper. I got your email charging me 130$, Why this amount? I’m very upset even after I clean them they still look like nothing sorry for the world ( old trash).

We had problems with our dryer, but Alejandro came to help us and was very polite, respectful, and generous. He went through his way to help us and fixed our dryer. We are super grateful for him.

I can honestly say after growing up here that Ridge club is one of if not the best complex to bring your family and raise your kids at. I personally loved it here. This place is so chill and ducked off to the back things privacy should never be an issue. I'm going to overlook some of their flaws on this property because I know how cool this place can be! You can rest assured when you come here you will have very few things to worry about in general! I've gotten away with practically everything at this location! I absolutely love it here, from children's birthday parties to getting together with my homies at night things are always very discreet, this is one of those places where there are very few instances of any law enforcement ever coming around and I really love that! If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! Stay from this place!! Infested with roaches!!! Erica the manager is horrible have zero customer service skills, moved in with the fridge not working and it never got fixed, roaches are everywhere those wasn’t leaving conditions and I had to leave they made it seem like it was ok to break the lease to then later charge me for breaking the lease!!!
