Ridge At Trinity Apartments

I've had the worst experience living here for the past year I've gone to the office many times concerning my neighbors in 219 who has so much illegal activity going on to the point they put fake tags on their car to keep them from being towed because they don't register them. They constantly are fighting selling drugs and management has no pride in who they allow to stay here its way too many ppl in that apartment and I know everyone isn't on the lease they have chemical smells coming from their unit 24/7

DO NOT MOVE HERE…. Im being so dead serious these apartments needs to evacuated and burnt to ashes if you think im exaggerating please take a walk through don’t even schedule a tour just know anyone stays here is DESPERATE.. Don’t Sign a lease here your rent will go up every renewal they don’t fix anything my sinks are paper machete they always leaking and they are INFESTED with everything annoying roaches,spiders,crickets,gnats and sewage always backed up or busted so it’s always spilling out so have fun walking to your car in the am and stepping in dookie water in the parking lot and that’s even if your car is outside cause they do tow and tow people come whenever they want sneaking in through the back gate that’s always conveniently broken and they requirements to register a car to your

I personally don’t live here, and I am happy that I don’t after driving through this apartment complex and seeing how they have little regard for there tenants, it is appalling that the resident actually have to get off work and drive to their complex and drive around two dumpsters every day, to get to their apartment unit, going and coming from work, his is totally unacceptable, this post needs to go viral to get them implement change. UPDATE Today is February 18 2025. It has been 8 months since I posted this review and as you can see, there has been no changes, management has not reached out to correct the problem for the tenants of this apartment complex. I have lived here for a little over a year, and I have no complaints with the management staff. When I needed help with a situation I was going through Lisa and Patricia stuck by me and helped me fighting through it. They pointed me in the right direction to get the help I needed. I thank God for them. I have no complaints.
