Ridge at Mountain Park Apartments

I've been living here for a little while now, and honestly the staff make this place one of the best places I've lived. Karli is always super responsive, friendly, and helpful. Ca'Brea is awesome too, always kind and professional. They really keep the place running smoothly. Austin in maintenance has been a lifesaver. The units are well maintained and the community feels safe. The pool is really nice and new as well. I plan on staying here for awhile!

I’ve lived here at the Ridge at Mountain Park for almost 6 months now and of all the apartment complexes and management companies I’ve experienced over the last three years, they are by far the best! Karli was very thorough and communicative in the application, viewing, and leasing process and Ca’Brea is very friendly and helpful each time I drop by the office. I’ve only had a couple maintenance requests, but each time they’ve been addressed quickly, and Austin was not only accommodating of my work schedule but very kind to my two kitties who wanted to “help” while he fixed my garbage disposal 😊 The views here are beautiful as well and the location is perfect for Trader Joe’s runs (as well as many other grocery stores, restaurants, etc). I lived there for about 5 years and never had any issues. The staff was always helpful. Move out was smooth and I didn’t get charged for any crazy amounts. Overall I would recommend it. It’s a beautiful area. The main thing I didn’t like was that the water heaters are too small, so you can’t take long baths or showers. I had several neighbors confirm this as well. Also negative is that the walls are really thin, so you can hear your neighbors. I lived on the second floor and was super conscious of how loud just walking was for those below me.

The team here is amazing and helped answer all my questions with kindness and ease. The property is also gorgeous and I feel incredibly safe in this community. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

Renting here was a nightmare. I lived on the second floor. The attic was infested with rodents for 12 months and the problem was never resolved. 90% of the time I went to the office to either check my mail or speak with someone about the nonstop issues, no one was there. The bathroom shower was cracked. The dishwasher was from the 80s. Whenever I would leave the apartment for more than a couple days, the kitchen sink would make the entire apartment smell like a dead animal. Maintenance workers came into my apartment unannounced twice without my permission. Basically, after living here for two years time, this place was ghetto.
