Ridge Apartments

First I want to say God put Melina in my path for a reason. You cannot fake sincerity and intent. It was such a tedious process but she went and beyond for me and my children and I am forever grateful for that. The unit is so nice and just what I need.

MELINA WAS A GOD SEND. It is hard to find someone who actually cares. She wanted to get me in this apartment as much as I wanted to be here. She truly cared about me and my family. I am forever grateful. Although the process was very stenious she did not give up. She was patient enough to find out what was wrong with my application and fix it. In the day and age she has showed me the humanity still exists. While living here only a couple days she has been SO SWEET. She has checked in on me and made sure I was doing alright. Thank goodness for Melina and this property. They have made me feel like home the minute I walked on property. Forever grateful to the staff. I would forever recommend to apply here. These apartments are clean and the staff actually care about you and things you need.

Management is responsive. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the complex is always clean. Rent is reasonable for the area, and it’s in a safe neighborhood right next to District 56.

The office Staff is very rude and may need a bit of training on communication, discrimination and organization. There should be an understanding that if you don’t know or have the answers to something then you shall seek the information with some work even if it’s more work than usual in order to secure accuracy. The staff was irritable because they were expecting a call back from my employer and my current residence. They had been working on this for only two days and seemed to be in a bit of a rush . I got multiple calls from them saying if we don’t hear back from your employer by today then we can’t move forward or we still need to hear back as soon as possible because it’s becoming too much and the number online isn’t working (I work for the state) I am on the “work number” also the

The environment is so much better now these are the perfect apartments. Safe, clean, and management is perfect!
