The several unit have been up graded with new stainless steel appliances, new custom modern flooring and lighting. New management and maintenance team are very good. The new owner take pride in his property and taking good care on the residents is top priority

I lived here from Auguest of 2021 to November of 2022, and had worked alongside the maintenance man at the time on painting a few rooms and other small things. Right away, there is a roach problem that the management will always blame on the tenants since they "have exterminators." If you live here, do not trust the exterminators. If they notice you have a rug that looks like you might have a dog, they'll tell the landlord immediately. This happened to another tennant at the property, who then had to find a new place to live because of the hefty pet fee ($150 per pet (including rabbits, cats, dogs) and an additional $25 a month) Aside from the pests, the management is not the best. Hey formerly this is fox creek now it’s rider ridge they increased few rentals still they are using old ac and heaters one days around 2:30am there’s a fire alarm on it’s so strange there’s a problem with heater never fixed yet but if you’re still a student those are with reasonable prices to rent!
