I met with dylan keith of keith realty one time in a 5+ month period. keith made many promises of how he would expedite the sale of my home BUT he did not deliver! keith showed weakness in so many areas. Somewhat lazy in my opinion. He put out little to no effort, did not produce the actions he promised, and was NOT instrumental in the eventual sale of my home. keith was what I call a "silent partner." I soon regretted having hired him. I would caution anyone considering his service. I wouldn't trust him to sell my granddaughter's doll house. keith wasn't totally invested in my best interest. His weakness was evident in the way he scheduled appointments. keith, wanting a sale at any cost, catered more to the potential buyer's needs, and schedule, rather than mine on several occasions. Tammy went above and beyond. Explained thoroughly any questions or concerns I had, even when there was a lapse is paperwork which prolonged the move in date, she was willing to grab and hold packages that had arrived before I did. Would absolutely do business with again in the future.
