Rick Wennerstroms

I live next to one of his rental apartment properties and it's horrible! The tenants have been without proper trash cans for months, which he will not provide, talk about maggots everywhere! The yard is never cut and is constantly being reported to the city.

Rich is a nice guy. Very helpful. Don't always believe the negativity cuz those that post negative either got evicted or they evicted themselves on NOT following rental guide lines, especially when they do police raids on that property. Keep up the good work Rich and crew

We've been homeless for almost 2 months with our 2 kids... searching for rental house for almost 2 months too but this is the only rental place that God sended to us..who accept our application easyly.. without any hustle,smooth processing with kind staff..God bless to this management..

We have dealt with Rick Wennerstrom Property Management for decades, working first with Rick, and now with his son, Rich. They have managed multiple properties for us, and they have always done a phenomenal job--for us as landlords, and for our tenants. They are very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Well I'll make this short and sweet. Never rent anything from Rick Wennerstrom. The property I resided in was at 410 N. Front, Apt 1 Steelton PA. I lived here for 10+ years and 3 landlords Wennerstrom being the last. I was expecting the return of my security deposit which I was told it was sent out on October 24th as of today hadn't been received I called the office to inquire to be told that there was no security that I would be receiving and in fact I owed them still 200+ dollars. How is that Wennerstrom??? I owed nothing but September rent it that was the only thing to be taken out....period These suppose to be upright people are the worst. But I'll be taking this all to court and I'm not speaking out of anger. You folks are dead wrong but you'll see me and will never forget my name bec
