Richfield Village Apartment Homes

Richfield Village Apartments is a great place to live in Clifton. Is well-maintained, and in a very convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and major highways. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are always kept clean. I especially want to thank Krystal, Ligia and Maria, who were incredibly helpful throughout the leasing and move-in process. They were professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend Richfield Village to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.

DO NOT RENT HERE THEY ARE THE WORST. So many issues these apartments have but the one that has me frustrated the most is All apartments has MOLD. The mold is so bad it got on my furnitures & they did not do anything about it besides advising me to move out & make a claim through my rental insurance which I lost that claim with the insurance. These people only care about their money. They will charge you for any thing! These apartments are very old and dirty you can’t even hang up picture frames without the paint chipping off from the walls. There’s roaches, ants, flies, so much centipede and silverfish due to humidity I am warning you they are the worst and kept my deposit !!!!!!!! Lots of false claims to keep my deposit I have screenshots of proof how they gave me this apartment and stil

I stayed with the my friend Enmanuel Fernandez at this apartment and the heater has been clanking loudly all night and leaking water. When I asked Manny what was going on, he said he has been calling maintenance for 3 weeks to fix this issue. They keep telling him they will look at it but no one comes. This is not only unprofessional but inhumane to be treating a tenant like this. The heater is constantly making disrupting noise and leaking water onto his floors constantly, likely causing water damage to his floors. Going three weeks without service after calling repeatedly is unbelievably inconsiderate.

I had a great experience moving into the Richfield Village complex. Ligia Gerges assisted me every step of the way! She truly made this experience a smooth transition for me. If you ever consider this complex (which I recommend) you should request her guidance throughout the process.

This is an anonymous review. I live in the complex here and it feels like it’s 90 degrees in this apartment. I mean I didnot expect to have summer year round here which is why J moved to Jersey. I feel like I’m on the beach and the sun is beaming down on me. You guys gotta do better. I’m going to find a way to reach the city about this place maybe they can help cause clearly you are not listening to the tenants complaints and giving people gift cards to leave good reviews that are not real. Turn down the heat a bit so we feel comfortable.
