AVE Clifton

I'm extremely disappointed in the management team's handling of my 7-year residency at AVE Clifton. I was treated poorly and felt like my concerns were ignored. The building's condition deteriorated significantly over the years, with issues going unaddressed and repairs being put off. Always false promises by management. The pool lights, which are prominently featured on the website, have not worked in five years. I've reported this multiple times, but it remains unfixed. Two grills for a big complex, that are filthy. It's clear that the management team prioritizes false advertising over actual maintenance. The building's security is also a major concern. Until recently, anyone could access the building without being questioned. Management would pick and choose when to ask residents about

After moving back to New Jersey after seven years, we discovered Ave through my husband’s corporate housing. Ave Clifton was truly one of the best apartment experiences I’ve ever had! The building was always clean and well-maintained, making it one of my top-notch living experiences. The front desk, leasing team, and entire staff are a wonderful group, deeply committed to providing the best possible experience for all residents. Our service dog, Mochi, was welcomed and loved by everyone, which made our stay even more special. I enjoyed all the amenities, including the gym, free coffee, grills and swimming pool. We also had a great time at the resident-hosted events and made some wonderful friends along the way. The location is also pretty convenient - pretty close to train stations and gro

Gorgeous building, Gorgeous grounds, Amazing security, Amazing staff!! The few regular minor issues I encountered were addressed immediately and professionally. The staff is very warm and always helpful. Thank you to Svjetlana for always giving my dog tasty treats and to Reggie, Valentina, and the rest of the staff who always greeted us with smiles and nothing was ever an issue. I would highly recommend the Ave, it was perfect temporary housing for my family.

We highly recommend staying at the Ave. We lived there for a while and it felt like living in a hotel! When we moved in the apartment was spotless, appliances brand new and the facilities are always clean. The gym is spacious and well equipped. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Colleen, Valentina, Henry, and Lesley who are always available to help with a smile. We look forward to our next stay.

Home far away :) Great , luxurious place to live in NY. So far 5 star experience , everything is build / designed to make us the customers / residences happy ! Easy parking , Really great staff , helpful whenever asked Good gym area , very decent size , with lots of sports equipments Pool is bit small but does the job, the pool surroundings is designed well They accept Amazon / delivery packets on your behalf , and store it security , really nice It's always clean One down site is , if you are in level 1 or 2 , and have a loud upper level neighbor, you can for sure hear their steps , and as I said if they are loud , this can be bit inconvenience, but again it all depends on your neighbor
