Terrible customer service from Alex Powers. After our VRBO booking was confirmed we received an email directly from The Powers Group requesting more information or our booking would not be honored. I have since been told by VRBO that once they charge their fee (they did) that the host technically cannot cancel. Regardless I then received a voice mail from Alex telling me if I did not respond by 5pm they would cancel my booking. I immediately responded to the original email with the information requested. When I checked VRBO this morning my booking was gone. I tried numerous times to contact Alex to confirm the status but he has been avoiding my calls. When he finally did pick up he abruptly said he would call me back “at the end of the day” and hung up without giving me a chance to speak.

My wife and I purchased our dream home down the shore and we used Richard Roach. he was very difficult to work with. He seemed annoyed by all our questions.Our dream home was a big deal to us, but it wasn’t to him. He never even came to settlement. He said he had a golf tournament. We never heard from him again not even a thank you.If you want good customer service go elsewhere.

This classless agency took a payment for a trip, canceled it last minute for no reason then tried to keep the deposit for a trip THEY canceled. Absolute joke I will be reporting them the the Better Business Borough and highly suggest everyone please please PLEASE keep clear!

The Powers Group makes our annual trip to the shore stressless..they are true professionals. ALEX answers every call and knows immediately who you are..they are accommodating and superstars at what they do. We will only deal with them. Highly recommend..

They are a great group to work with when planning a family vacation. The property we rented was beautiful and convenient. Ralph goes above and beyond to answer any questions or solve any issues that may arise. I highly recommend working with them for your future vacation.
