We started using Daniel's Realty well over five years ago to plan our summer vacation with another family at diamond Beach. It is now something we do annually and Daniels Realty has helped us secure the same place every year that we absolutely love. I have recommended them to numerous family members and friends, they are absolutely amazing and I hope our tradition can continue for many many more years with their help. First time using Daniels Realty for a summer rental. From the beginning, we had a very good experience with the staff, very prompt replies to all questions and emails, etc. We hit a pretty big hitch with our reservation and it was not on the realtor's end. We were VERY upset about what happened. While trying to figure out what we could do, Cindy from Daniels stepped up to rectify the issue very fast. She stood up for us and we will be able to take our much needed and planned vacation as promised. As business owners, this was excellent customer service! Here to say that I had a wonderful experience with Daniel‘s Realty and especially with Michelle.. We definitely did not leave ourselves enough time to plan a trip for the summer and she helped us with everything we needed with ease to make sure that we get a condo for July!
