Richard was very rude and unprofessional when I visited his open house today. As soon as I entered, he requested my personal information. I politely indicated that I didn't wish to leave my phone number because I didn't want any texts or phone calls. Richard insisted he would not send any but demanded my phone number anyway. He refused to let me enter. I asked if you aren't going to call or text, why do you want me to give my phone number? He said "You have to, and if you don't want to, there's the door" (pointing the way out.) I politely reiterated my desire for privacy and offered to leave my email address for contact. He again pointed and said loudly "There's the door." I think Richard may not be well suited for this profession. I'll choose a more professional agent if I want
