Me and my family filled out a rental application and paid the application fees . Rachel Lawrence was supposed to help us but she never did. We called and texted her, no response. She didn’t bother to say if we were approved or not or if the landlord chose somebody else or not . Very unprofessional and bad communication skills

I was not very happy with Kerry O'Brien , the owner of O'Brien Realty. My buyers stopped payment on their check to me for items they bought and additionally won't return the money tied up in escrow. After the closing, despite my many attempt to reach her, she still has not returned my calls.
