RICE PROPERTY MnGEMENT is not a good management company to use you will have to micro manage them. Keep searching and Do Not Stop go to the next company. My tenants past due rents where not collected and MY property was going down due to repairs needed they do not have a team to care what is needed. They do not have a staff to sufficiently take care and help keep your property up and running. I try to support our black own business but sometime it's not the best thing to do. THUMBS DOWN

I've worked with Mr. And Mrs. Rice for years as a landlord and investor. Mrs. Rice sold two properties for me, and Mr. Rice has been very helpful with renovations and maintenance issues. Both are straightforward, honest, realistic and patient. I'm puzzled by the few negative reviews - I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Rice Realty Property Management. 7 years ago I lost my home due to the morgage situation in Illinois. They helped me find a decent home. Yes, I was given a second chance to reside in a nice home. I personally would like to thank the Rice Realty team for being professional, and caring people. God bless you

This realty will help you on your journey to finding a place and wont stop till you have a secure place. The staff there is very Caring, Understanding and Hardworking for there client's. They just helped me get into my new place, and I am very happy.
