The communication is terrible and they are lazy when it comes to completing repairs for the condominiums. There has been a light pole out in the parking lot for quite some time. We very often get random people pulling into the lot in the visitor section smoking, just sitting there doing lord knows what for hours. One of my guests car was even rummaged through which means someone is out there checking door handles. The light pole being out makes it a perfect dark area for thieves and people looking to do wrong! I called ComEd myself and was informed that the head on the light pole is not ComEd’s supplies and they will not be able to get it off to change the bulb because it’s not theirs. I’ve been a homeowner in one of the properties this “business” manages. From the very start I have had nothing but issues with either 1. Repairs on what they are responsible for 2. Communicating effectively and efficiently 3. Horrible customer service from Russ. I requested assistance for my window well for almost 5 years and no one EVER came out. I continued to get the BS runaround until I had it repaired myself. Anything THEY are responsible for will never be fixed. They are like slumlords when it comes to making repairs for the owners. I love my house, but I cannot WAIT to sell and get the hell away from this crock of an association. Purchase elsewhere, the $150 per month is not worth it. Half cut grass, poor landscaping, snow plows are hit or miss. That’s all you get for your $150!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They're a terrible management company and sit back daily with their feet kicked up. The woman in the office rarely answers the phone, but when you go into the office she's sitting right there letting the phone just ring. They never return calls and drag their feet to fix pressing issues. Russ is trash. Super disrespectful! This management company needs to be out of business. They do not handle business properly, are stuck in their antiquated ways, and show that they do not care about the properties of the people they manage. This company is the worst!!! I just got off the phone with Russell and he was beyond rude. My bushes are taller than me. I'm not sure if I am parking in the right spot because the numbers are rubbed off and I have been told for two years that they are waiting for the board to review the bids. It is very discouraging because if I am late paying my assessment, I know they would be all over me.

Leaving a review for this company regarding Lynwood terrace. The manager Toni never returns phone calls, she shares too much of people’s person business, she is also too emotional and gets mad when you call her out on anything which as a manager you should be able to remain professional. I was one of the few people that paid my HOA on time and they did absolutely nothing. I had to beg to get the snow plowed and they still NEVER did it. What am I paying for if yall do nothing. They also do not comply with the law because they do NOT have the required amount of meetings for the tenants. They have maybe 1 meeting a year and get nothing accomplished from it. Highly don’t recommend.
